H.I.G. Capital Funds the Acquisition of a Logistic Warehouse in Barcelona, Spain

MADRID – June 1, 2015 – H.I.G. Capital, a leading global investment firm, announced that an affiliate has completed the financing of the acquisition of a 48,000 square meters, high-quality warehouse in the outskirts of Barcelona for an undisclosed amount.

The transaction represents H.I.G. Capital’s 17th real estate investment in Europe since the start of 2013. H.I.G. continues to add to its sizeable portfolio of Real Estate assets in Europe, consisting of both equity as well as debt investments, with a particular focus on its target market of small/midcap opportunities.
