H.I.G. Europe Adds Managing Director in London
LONDON - January 18, 2012 - H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity firm, today announced that Henry Gregson has joined its London office as a Managing Director.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Mr. Gregson was a Partner at Pamplona Capital, a €1.3 Billion fund based in London. Before that, he spent several years at the private equity arm of Royal Bank of Scotland, where he led a number of successful transactions.
In commenting on his appointment, Mr. Gregson noted, “I am delighted to join a leading organization such as H.I.G., with a unique business model focused on providing deep operational and strategic resources, and a very flexible capital base which enables it to invest both in debt and equity.
