Adam is a Managing Director in H.I.G.’s London office, focused on private equity opportunities across the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the Nordics.

Adam is responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including deal origination, transaction structuring, and post-closing growth and operational initiatives.  Prior to joining H.I.G., Adam worked at Credit Suisse’s M&A Group in New York City and at Booz & Company in London.

Adam earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an MEng in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
