Antonin Marcus Managing Director

Antonin is a Managing Director in H.I.G.’s Paris office and leads the Middle Market LBO team in France. Antonin has more than 15 years of experience leading the origination, structuring, execution, management, and exit of equity investments across various industries and deal types, including corporate carve-outs and leveraged buyouts of family-owned and founder-led businesses.

Before joining H.I.G., Antonin was part of Eurazeo’s middle market LBO team. Prior to Eurazeo, Antonin worked on H.I.G.’s Middle Market LBO team in Paris. He began his career in M&A at Goldman Sachs in London. Antonin graduated from the École Polytechnique in France and the Saïd Business School (University of Oxford) in the UK.
