Nicolas Houssin Director

Nicolas is a Director of H.I.G. Realty based in Paris and responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions in France.

Prior to H.I.G., Nicolas spent eight years at PineBridge Benson Elliot in London and Paris, working on real estate investments, asset management, and disposals across France and Western Europe. He has also worked for Deutsche Bank in Paris in Mergers & Acquisitions.

Nicolas holds an M.S. in Engineering from École Centrale de Marseille and graduated from ESSEC Business School.
