Bayside Capital provides rapid access to debt and equity capital, in partnership with existing stake holders, generally in time-sensitive or challenging situations requiring a creative solution. With the ability to invest in all parts of the capital structure, we are able to develop creative financing solution and consummate transactions on an expedited basis. Typical investment size ranges from €10 million to €80 million.
